BODY SCULPT is a form of exercise that comprises aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training routines with the goal of improving all elements of fitness (flexibility, muscular strength, and cardio-vascular fitness).
It is performed to music in a group setting led by an instructor. With the goal of preventing physical illness, practitioners go through variable routines comprising a number of different exercises.
