BODY SCULPT is a form of exercise that comprises aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training routines with the goal of improving all elements of fitness (flexibility, muscular strength, and cardio-vascular fitness).

It is  performed to music in a group setting led by an instructor. With the goal of preventing physical illness, practitioners go through variable routines comprising a number of different exercises.

A method of exercise for all levels

We  will challenge you to:

  • Gain mental toughness
  • Renew good habits and foundation

We utilize a cross section of proven principles and techniques such as
Aerobic conditioning, body sculpting, weightlifting, plyometrics

We will prepare you for excellence!
