The Kickboxing refers to the sport of using martial-arts-style kicks and boxing-style punches to defeat an opponent in a similar way to that of standard boxing.
Kickboxing is a standing sport and does not allow continuation of the fight once a combatant has reached the ground.
“Kickboxing training with Luis Ruiz at ITC has both changed and improved my life. The training is not only making my body stronger, but my confidence level has hit the ceiling. Training with Luis and the boys is tough and professional. As the only woman in the class, it is very challenging physically, but the remarkable results and the effect this training has had on my overall health is well worth it!”
